Are your products and servers secure?

Yes, safety has always been really important to us, for this reason we have been very careful when designing our products and data center facilities. In addition, your payment and personal information is always transferred through encrypted language, impossible for a third party to access or decode.

What are the requirements of my computerto ba able to use Kameleweb?

Nothing really, you just need an Internet connection and Internet browser such as Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla…. If you use certain pop-up blocking software and/or firewall, please disable them.

Do you offer free templates to build a new web page or to update the one I already have?

Yes, if you do not have a web page or you just want a new look for your existing site we can help you. We offer you a wide variety of totally free web templates you can use when you purchase Kameleweb, select one of our free layouts and design your page in a matter of seconds.

Do I need to learn any programming to use Kameleweb?

Absolutely not. Kameleweb uses an easy to use interface that looks exactly as the toolbar you find in Word or Powerpoint. We have designed this tool to be as easy to use as your common word processor. For more details please take a quick look at our demo.

Do I need to install or download any additional software?

There are NO downloads or installations involved with Kameleweb. All you need is imagination to build your web site. Usually, when creating a web site, you would require a web page editor, and ftp program… but with Kameleweb all that is already taken care of. You might find useful though to use an image editor such us Adobe Photoshop if you want to make changes to your images.

How often can I use Kameleweb to update my site?

As often as you wish to. If you have chosen to pay monthly or yearly you will have no limit usage to access Kameleweb and update your site. If you have decided to pay per session you will be charged only for what you use.

Can I upload images, flash or other type of files stored in my PC to the web site?

Of course. Kameleweb includes an option to let you upload any file you might want to use in your web site from your home PC, and even preview it before saving it!.

What can I do with the demo version?

Our demo is designed to show you how Kameleweb works. You will be able to experience how quick and easy it is to use, you can edit our demo web page or use your own web site to get a better picture of what it has to offer you. Add new pages, sections, images, links, manipulate text and much more!

Are there any limitations to the demo version?

Yes, some of the features of Kameleweb have been disabled in the demo version such as save changes, although you will be able to preview the changes with the "preview" button.

Is the information I transmit to you secure?

Absolutely. All personal information is treated as extremely confidential, for this reason we use an encrypted data transfer system to help us give you total peace of mind. On the other hand we use only approved payment processors which use the https secure transfer protocol.

What do I have to do if I want to cancel my subscription?

If you use Kamleweb Session you do not need to do anything as you pay per session. If you have chosen the monthly or yearly payment option (Kameleweb or Kamelehost), you just need to inform us at least 10 days before your next billing day and we will cancel your subscription for you.
